Cancellation policy

VIP Club membership

When you choose Join VIP at checkout, you become a VIP Club member. Your membership gives you VIP prices across the store and loyalty rewards.

Payments

• Your first membership payment is $0, charged with your order.
• After that you are charged $20 every 14 days, starting 14 days after your purchase, until you cancel.
• Payments are charged automatically to the payment method you used at checkout. You can update it from your account.

Loyalty rewards

• After 2 months (your 4th payment): free shipping on VIP store orders.
• After 3 months (your 6th payment): an extra 10% off.
• After 4 months (your 8th payment): an extra 20% off.
• Rewards stay on as long as you are a member and end when you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, including before your first $20 charge:

• Log in to your account and open VIP Membership, or
• Use the Membership Cancellation form on our website, or
• Email support@castandcabin.com.

To stop an upcoming charge, cancel at least 3 business days before it. When you cancel, future charges stop and VIP pricing ends. You keep the VIP price you already paid on past orders.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable, including payments you forgot to cancel.

One membership per buyer

The membership and its payments belong to the person who placed the order, even if the order was a gift. Buying more than one calendar does not create more than one membership.

Changes

If we ever change the membership price or terms, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you have time to cancel.
