Membership Questions
How do I join?
Tap Add to Cart & Join VIP on any product page and check out like normal. Your order email explains how to see your perks.
How is buying as a guest different from joining VIP?
Buying as a guest is $54.99 for the calendar with no membership. Join VIP is $39.99 for the calendar today plus a membership of $20 every 14 days, starting 14 days after purchase. VIP gives you VIP prices on the store and loyalty rewards.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime. Here are the ways to do it:
- Fill out the Membership Cancellation form on this site.
- Email us at support@castandcabin.com.
- Reply to your order confirmation email.
You can cancel before the first charge too. To stop your next charge, cancel at least 3 business days before it. Future charges stop and VIP pricing ends. You keep the $39.99 price you paid for the calendar.
I bought the calendar as a gift. Who is the member?
You are. The membership and the payments stay with the person who placed the order. One membership per buyer, no matter how many calendars you buy.
Does VIP include a mystery box?
No. The membership does not ship anything on its own, and it does not include a free mystery box. You buy mystery boxes and other gear on their own. Members get VIP prices on them.
VIP terms: By choosing Join VIP you become a VIP member. After your purchase, you will be charged $20 every 14 days, starting 14 days after purchase, until you cancel. The membership belongs to you, the buyer. Cancel anytime, including before the first charge. To stop an upcoming charge, cancel at least 3 business days before it.
