Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $39 or more.
• Orders under $39: $8 standard shipping.

Holiday delivery guarantee

Order by November 13, 2026 and your order will be delivered to a US address by December 1, 2026. If an order placed by the cutoff arrives after December 1, we add $10 in store credit to your account. Just email us with your order number.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is an optional $4.99 add-on at checkout. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit. If a protected order is lost, stolen or damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date (with a photo for damage) and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Orders without shipping protection are covered for damage and wrong items (see our Refund policy). For lost or stolen packages without protection, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address only before the order ships.
